FAST FLORIDA DIVORCE
Under Florida law, no final judgment of dissolution of marriage can be entered until at least 20 days have passed from the date the original Petition for Dissolution of Marriage is filed in the Circuit Court. The court can waive the 20-day delay and finalize sooner if waiting would cause injustice. Filing sooner starts the clock sooner, but there is no guarantee the judge assigned to your case will sign the final judgment on day 21, timing depends on the judge’s calendar and the court’s workload. We file your case in Lee County, Florida, which generally processes agreed divorce cases much faster than any other county in the State of Florida. Any couple can mutually agree to file their case in Lee County, Florida, regardless of where they reside.

We can summarize our customer service in a single word: responsive. Our online legal services are provided by duly licensed Florida attorneys who have significant family law experience. The online attorneys’ day-to-day focus is family law. For this reason, we don’t have to avoid your calls, emails, and questions. We have the knowledge and experience to answer your Florida divorce questions.
Additionally, we are allowed to answer your questions. If we were not attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida, then we would only be able to answer the most limited questions you have – and we’d likely be unable to answer any questions about your specific divorce situation.
Please know that only attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida can provide legal advice regarding Florida law. This legal restriction greatly limits the amount of information a non-attorney may provide to you as well as the type of questions a non-attorney may lawfully answer.
Call the support number for any other divorce website you find online and see if you reach an actual person. If you do, ask them what services they can legally provide to you.
